work at home Business Opportunity (e4l.biz.com)?
Im thinking about joing this company by the name of entertinment 4 less also known as e4l.biz.com. do any one have a review about his company that is helpful? is this company legitimate? they claim they will be bigger then blockbuster and netflix. any information about this company will be useful.
I have been a member with E4L for the past couple of months. They are making some pretty big claims. For a while I was attending the conferences daily.
I stopped promoting basically because their back office is a joke. When I brought this up at the conference they seemed unapolegtic and accused me of being ‘negative’ and ‘ranting’.
This is how it works.
Someone signs up and before they can be paid they must send and e-mail to eweber autoresponder. This eweber is disfunctional. They claim that you will be a paid member for life for free if you send an e-mail to this autoresponder but since it doesn’t work you will not be marked as paid and will remain a free member.
Then when you realize this you have the option of sending in a message to support to ask them to upgrade you. If you do not contact support you will be kicked out when the company launches.
They will get around to upgrading your in four to five days.
This is what you have to go through with every customer you sign up.
Other programs you sign up they send you an email with a confirmation link and you are in. The logic of this system surpasses the managment. Thier answer to me? If your customers really want to be a member they will go through this process. This way you will know they are serious about the business.
Hello?
They claim they will be getting a new back office which is more functional. It is right around the corner. Or so they have said for the last two months. I think they launch their product next week. No new back office. In fact I have not seen an hint of a new website that will have the actual products on them.
I have no idea what kind of operation they are running. I signed up 80 members before I realized what a circus this company was.
Who knows. Perhaps they can pull their act together. The overall concept seems very good. I would like to see it work. If it works a lot of people are going to make a lot of money.
At the moment however they do not have my vote of confidence.

Co-opportunity $27.95 John Grant is back! Bestselling author of Green Marketing Manifesto fame returns to get you involved in creating a sustainable future! In this book, green business guru John Grant shows how we , when we join forces through co-operative initiatives, can really make changes and work towards a better future. John uses cases and examples from around the world, from social networks to social ventures, Carrot Mobbing to the Carbon Disclosure Project, to show how a move to greater co-operation via what he calls Co-operative Networks can be a way forwards for all of us to increase the common well-being.  Arguing that a climate for change can be created by engaging rather than alienating people, John also demonstrates ways of ‘relocating dreams’ to allow us to reassess our desires and priorities. Whether you are a business leader, politician, armchair economist, environmentalist or general interest reader, the inspiration and ideas John Grant provides in Co-Opportunity encourages us all to think again about our individual behaviour and our actions – our ideas of what it is to be human – and to get co-creating to build a better world for all. Sit back and watch, or become part of this grass roots new movement. |

Dutch Chicago $65 Now at least 250,000 strong, the Dutch in greater Chicago have lived for 150 years below the radar screens of historians and the general public. Here their story is told for the first time. In Dutch Chicago Robert Swierenga offers a colorful, comprehensive history of the Dutch Americans who have made their home in the Windy City since the mid-1800s.The original Chicago Dutch were a polyglot lot from all social strata, regions, and religions of the Netherlands. Three-quarters were Calvinists; the rest included Catholics, Lutherans, Unitarians, Socialists, Jews, and the nominally churched. Whereas these latter Dutch groups assimilated into the American culture around them, the Dutch Reformed settled into a few distinct enclaves — the Old West Side, Englewood, and Roseland and South Holland — where they stuck together, building an institutional infrastructure of churches, schools, societies, and shops that enabled them to live from cradle to grave within their own communities.Focusing largely but not exclusively on the Reformed group of Dutch folks in Chicago, Swierenga recounts how their strong entrepreneurial spirit and isolationist streak played out over time. Mostly of rural origins in the northern Netherlands, these Hollanders in Chicago liked to work with horses and go into business for themselves. Picking up ashes and garbage, jobs that Americans despised, spelled opportunity for the Dutch, and they came to monopolize the garbage industry. Their independence in business reflected the privacy they craved in their religious and educational life. Church services held in the Dutch language kept outsiders at bay, as did a comprehensive system of private elementary andsecondary schools intended to inculcate youngsters with the Dutch Reformed theological and cultural heritage. Not until the world wars did the forces of Americanization finally break down the walls, and the Dutch passed into the mainstream. Only in their churches today, now entirely English spe |

Gender and Home-Based Employment $128.98 Gender often influences the type of occupation that individuals choose, as well as the way they work and the outcomes of that work. Home-based employment is no different. The proximity of these workers to their families’ living activities provides an unique opportunity to study the effects of work-at-home on family interaction and the role that gender plays in this traditionally female-dominated situation. The chapters provide a range of gender considerations from the perspectives of the workers and the workers’ families, with emphasis on either the workers, the family, or the work/business. The first chapter provides an overview of the subjects being covered and defines several of the concepts used. The range of viewpoints is extensive: Chapter 2 considers home-based employment from a global perspective, while Chapter 8 narrows the focus to one particular location and type of home-based worker. Chapters 3, 4, 5, and 7 examine in various ways the data from a 9-state study, basing their analyses in theoretical and conceptual frameworks related to gender. Chapter 6 explores the dilemma of parents who have to hire child care in order to complete their home-based work. Also included are recommendations for public policy considerations. |

Twentieth-Century Doctor: House Calls to Space Medicine $17.24 Dr. Mavis Kelsey’s career spanned some of the most astounding years ever in the development of medicine as a profession. Medical research and technological developments fundamentally transformed the treatment of patients during those years, but perhaps as important was the transformation of what has come to be called the patient-care delivery system. One of the pioneers of multi-specialty clinics, Kelsey was a founder of the prominent Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston. His story is quintessentially the story of how medicine developed from a single-doctor, home-visit practice to the mega-business, high-tech system it now is, especially in urban areas.Mavis Kelsey’s training included general medical education at the University of Texas in Galveston, internship at Bellevue Hospital in New York, work on staff at Scott and White in Temple, and a residency at the Mayo Clinic, where he was impressed by the benefits of the clinic organization. After serving in World War II, he returned to Rochester to join the staff and participate in the innovative studies then being done at the Mayo, becoming particularly involved with research on metabolic disorders and the use of radioiodine tracers in diagnosing them. As a specialist in endocrinology, Kelsey moved to Houston in 1949, just a few years after construction began on the Texas Medical Center. With two partners, William D. Seybold and William V. Leary, he welcomed the challenge and opportunity of an ambitious medical environment within one of the country’s fastest growing urban populations and founded the now-famous Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. The years of his practice included the development of an intricate business and professional structurelinking the Texas Medical Center with private specialists in Houston, the emerging structure of contract-medicine providers for corporations and institutions (including for the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Pennzoil, and NASA), and the formation of charitable and research foundations based in t |
